"Blue Star" brand Wire Healds are the result of our wide experience of 50 years in the manufacture of Twisted & Inserted Wire Healds and are made as per the I.S.I. specification. Blue Star brand Wire Healds are made from high Carbon steel wire, which is plated with 100% Tin.

"Blue Star" brand wire healds are manufactured in different gauges, i.e.18 SWG, 19 SWG, 20 SWG, 21 SWG, 22 SWG,23 SWG, 24 SWG, 26 SWG, 27 SWG, 29 SWG, 30 SWG, 32 SWG and in different lenghts ranging from 101.6 mm to 840 / 1200 mm.

Blue Star" brand Inserted Eye Wire Healds are made in various types of End Loops i.e Oblong (15mm), Round (6-10mm) Jacquard, 'J' shaped or 'C' shaped, as per the customers requirements. " Blue Star" brand Wire Healds are mande with a special crimp, which shows the top side of Wire Healds, which is coloured also. We also manufacture Reinforced-twisted and inserted wire healds, which are specially soldered on top side of endloops, which gives more life to the wire Healds.We also make "Repair" Wire Healds, in which endloops are not soldered.other types of wire healds made by us are Wire Healds without center eyes, Jacquard wire healds and "J" and "C" shaped wire healds for circular looms.
